Experience Description

This workshop provides professionals with the tools to facilitate meaningful and inclusive conversations about neurodiversity.

Participants will learn strategies to foster trust, build psychological safety, and address biases during discussions. The workshop emphasizes creating environments where neurodivergent individuals feel empowered to express their needs and perspectives without fear of judgment or repercussions.

Through simulations, guided reflections, and collaborative activities, participants will practice strategies such as compassionate communication, tension management, and reframing assumptions. They will develop a personalized action plan to continuously improve their approach to emotionally and psychologically safe discussions.

This workshop empowers participants to create inclusive, respectful spaces for discussions about neurodiversity.

  • Apply self-awareness techniques to identify and manage personal biases and emotional reactions during challenging conversations.
