Experience Description

This workshop equips professionals with the skills and strategies to build inclusive, effective team environments that embrace neurodivergent strengths and work styles.

Participants will explore proactive approaches to integrating diverse learning and collaboration styles into team dynamics, addressing neuro-normative barriers, and promoting psychological safety. 

Through scenario-based activities, simulations, and guided discussions, participants will practice adapting workflows, task delegation, and team structures to align with neurodiversity affirming principles. They will develop strategies to support equitable participation and integrate neurodivergent strengths into team collaboration, ensuring cohesion and productivity.

  • Identify and address neuro-normative barriers to collaboration and productivity within neurodiverse teams.
  • Adapt team management strategies to align with neurodiversity affirming principles and be inclusive of diverse work and learning styles.
