Experience Description

Experience a practical, cohort-based learning journey designed to help you lead fairly and inclusively in neurodiverse workplaces.
Through self-paced modules, curated publications,  collaborative learning labs, and discussions with expert instructors, you’ll build applied skills in bias reduction, communication safety, and inclusive decision-making.
This program equips you to navigate neurodiversity across workplace policies, conflict resolution, and team leadership. Develop the tools to foster psychological safety and embed inclusive practices in complex professional environments.
