Experience Description

This workshop empowers professionals to embed intersectional inclusion into their leadership practices. It focuses on leveraging the biopsychosocial model to identify and address systemic and interpersonal inequities, fostering psychologically safe and equitable workplaces.

Participants will explore the impact of intersectional diversity barriers, learn to adapt leadership behaviors, and develop strategies for equitable task delegation, collaborative decision-making, and fostering psychological safety.

Through case studies, simulations, and reflection activities, participants will practice recognizing and addressing barriers faced by individuals with overlapping identities, such as neurodivergence, disability, and gender.

  • Adapt leadership behaviors to align with intersectional inclusion principles and address the diverse needs of employees.
  • Apply the biopsychosocial model to identify and address factors influencing workplace inequities.
