Experience Description

This workshop equips professionals in with actionable strategies to recognize, challenge, and reduce biases against neurodivergent individuals in workplace practices and interactions.

Participants will explore the impact of neuro-normative biases, reflect on their own assumptions, and develop inclusive behaviors and strategies that foster psychologically safe and supportive environments.

Through scenario-based activities, case studies, and guided self-reflection, participants will learn to identify bias in organizational policies, advocate for neurodiversity-affirming practices, and implement strategies that promote inclusivity.

  • Identify and challenge neuro-normative biases and their impact on neurodivergent employees.
  • Reflect on and challenge personal neuro-normative biases and their impact on neurodivergent individuals.
  • Implement strategies to reduce neuro-normative bias in organizational practices.
  • Advocate for inclusive behaviors and language to foster a psychologically safe environment.
  • Demonstrate inclusive and safe behaviors to foster a respectful and supportive environment.
